5 BEST CORTISOL SUPPORT DRINKS FOR MELTING YOUR BELLY POUCH: RANKED BEST TO WORST

Written by Julia Roberts

I know how difficult it is deal with stress, anxiety, poor sleep, and cravings. All of these are apart of the cortisol conversation. And they all lead to that lower belly pouch. but we know its not your fault, so i went on the search to find what could help

Enter - my search for a new solution, i wasn't sure whether to go with pills, or with drinks, but i thought if i'm going to be paying the same money, i might as well get something i enjoy and in came other benefits too.

Not only did i find a solution to melt my belly pouch, i found myself a new morning drink i fell in love with and replaced my morning coffee cravings.

WHAT I LOOKED FOR:

  • How well it helped with bloating and belly pooch
  • Whether it supported stress and cortisol
  • Taste and how easy it was to drink daily
  • Whether it helped with cravings
  • Sleep and mood changes
  • Ingredient quality
  • Value for money

Below you can see the results from my 5 month journey of drinking these drinks everyday and swapping the drinks each month, but the bullk of the results came from one drink i truly fell in love with, and still drink every single day. The winner is one i drank at month 3, and started to see a reversal of the results by month 5. i couldn't wait to end the experiment so i could rush straight back to it.

I spent weeks researching different options for drinks, taking recommendations from friends, speaking with the companies themselves, checking out peoples results. I found the 5 i thought were the best.

Here's how they stacked up..

Elional was the clear winner — and honestly, it wasn’t even close.

I decided to take Elional in month 3, right in the middle of the test. I had heard and read such good things about it that I wanted to see how my body reacted before taking it with the other drinks, and then how it reacted after switching to Elional.

By that point, I had already tried enough products to know what felt average. So when I started Elional, I was paying very close attention.

Immediately, I noticed how flavourful it was. I initially selected their bestseller, Raspberry Lemonade, but they also have Tropical Tangerine and Strawberries & Cream, which I have also tried since finishing my experiment.

It was the first drink I actually looked forward to having every day.

By the end of week 1, I started to see noticeable changes in my headspace. My mood lifted SIGNIFICANTLY, my sleep quality improved massively by the end of the week, and I could literally feel my cortisol lowering by the day.

By week 3, I could see my belly pouch dramatically reducing. My stress was completely gone, I no longer had anxiety, and I had a solid sleep schedule in place.

By the end of week 4, my stomach was flat, my sleep scores were almost 100% every night, I had so much energy, my stress was completely gone, I was no longer snacking every day, and my anxiety was nonexistent.

I FELT FREE.

That was the biggest difference with Elional. It didn’t just feel like a de-bloat drink. It felt like the first product that actually tackled the whole picture: stress, cravings, sleep, cortisol, mood and belly pouch.

Why The Formula Stood Out:

One thing that made Elional feel different from the other drinks was the ingredient profile. It wasn’t just a generic greens powder or a basic de-bloat drink.

The formula includes KSM-66® Ashwagandha, L-Theanine, Magnesium Glycinate and Vitamin D3 — ingredients commonly used in stress, calm, sleep and hormone-support supplements.

That made a lot of sense to me, because my belly pooch didn’t feel like it was just about food. It felt connected to stress, cravings, poor sleep and feeling constantly “switched on.”

This is where Elional stood out. It felt like the formula was designed around the full cycle: stress → cravings → bloating → poor sleep → belly pooch.

For me, this was the easiest product to rank #1.

2. Nello Superbalance - 8.7

Nello Superbalance was the first product I tested, and to be honest, it set a pretty decent standard at the beginning.

I started with Nello because it looked like one of the more modern hormone-support drinks on the market. The branding felt clean, the ingredients looked interesting, and I liked that it came as a drink mix rather than capsules.

The flavour was nice enough, and it was easy to add into my routine. It didn’t feel harsh, it didn’t upset my stomach, and I did feel like it gave me a slightly better sense of balance during the first couple of weeks.

By the end of week 1, I noticed a small improvement in my energy and mood. Nothing dramatic, but enough that I could tell it was doing something.

By week 3, I did feel a little less snacky and slightly more in control of my cravings, but the belly pooch difference wasn’t huge. I was still waking up feeling a bit puffy, and by the evening my stomach still had that heavy, bloated feeling.

By the end of week 4, I liked Nello, but I didn’t feel transformed by it. It was a good product, but it never gave me that “wow” moment.

Compared to Elional, this is where the difference became obvious. Nello felt like it helped a little with general balance, but Elional felt like it attacked the full picture — cortisol, stress, cravings, sleep and belly pooch — on a completely different level.

Nello is still a strong option, and I can see why people like it. But after testing Elional later in the experiment, I knew Nello wasn’t quite powerful enough to take the #1 spot.

3. Happy Mammoth Bloat Banisher - 8.5

Happy Mammoth Bloat Banisher was one I was really interested to try because it is so clearly focused on bloating.

Unlike some of the other products, this one is not really positioned as a cortisol or hormone drink. It is much more of a digestion-focused supplement, which made me curious to see how it would compare for belly pooch.

Because it comes in capsule form, it didn’t feel as enjoyable or ritual-like as the drink mixes. It was easy enough to take, but I didn’t look forward to it in the same way.

By the end of week 1, I did notice some improvement with post-meal bloating. After heavier meals, I felt slightly less uncomfortable, and I didn’t get that same tight, full feeling as often.

By week 3, I could see why people rate it highly for digestion. It helped with the food-related bloating side of things, especially after meals that would usually leave me feeling heavy.

But where it fell short was the bigger belly pooch picture.

It didn’t really touch my mood, stress, cravings or sleep in the way Elional did. My stomach felt less bloated after eating, but I didn’t feel like my whole body had shifted into a calmer, lighter state.

Compared to Elional, Happy Mammoth felt more narrow. It was good for digestion, but Elional felt like it worked on the actual pattern behind my belly pooch — stress, cortisol, cravings, sleep and puffiness.

I still think Happy Mammoth is a very good product if your main issue is post-meal bloating. But if your belly pooch feels tied to stress, cravings and hormones, it didn’t perform anywhere near as well as Elional for me.

4. Calmify Liquid Anti Stress - 8.4

Calmify was one I expected to really like because the stress angle made a lot of sense to me.

The packaging was bold, the concept was simple, and I liked the idea of a drink designed around stress support. Since my belly pooch felt connected to high stress and poor sleep, I was interested to see what would happen.

The flavour was decent, and it was easy enough to drink. I didn’t dislike it at all, but it didn’t feel as enjoyable or as premium as Elional.

By the end of week 1, I did feel slightly calmer in the evenings. It was not a dramatic change, but I noticed I was winding down a little easier.

By week 3, my sleep felt a bit more settled, and I wasn’t feeling quite as wired at night. But when it came to bloating and belly pooch, the results were only okay.

My stomach still felt puffy a lot of the time, especially later in the day, and I didn’t see the same visual change around my lower belly that I saw with Elional.

Compared to Elional, Calmify felt more like an anti-stress drink than a complete belly pooch solution. It helped a little with calm, but Elional gave me a much stronger shift across everything: mood, cravings, sleep, stress and the actual appearance of my stomach.

Calmify is not a bad product at all. I actually think it could be a good option for someone who mainly wants relaxation support.

But for this test, where I was looking specifically at belly pooch, bloating and cortisol-related puffiness, it just didn’t come close to Elional.

4. 5. Primal Queen PQ7 — 8.1

Primal Queen PQ7 was the most different product in the test.

Instead of being focused mainly on bloating or cortisol, it felt more like an appetite and cravings supplement. That made it interesting, because cravings were definitely part of the belly pooch problem for me.

The first thing I noticed was that it didn’t feel like the same kind of daily wellness ritual as the drink mixes. It was more of a supplement you take and move on from, rather than something you enjoy as part of your routine.

By the end of week 1, I did feel a slight difference in appetite. I wasn’t thinking about snacks quite as much, and I did feel a bit more controlled around food.

By week 3, the appetite support was probably the strongest part of the product. I could see how this would appeal to someone whose main issue is overeating, snacking or struggling with food noise.

But for belly pooch and bloating, it didn’t do enough.

I didn’t notice a big change in puffiness, my sleep didn’t improve much, and I didn’t feel that calm, lighter, more balanced feeling that I got from Elional.

Compared to Elional, Primal Queen felt like it only addressed one piece of the puzzle. It helped a little with appetite, but Elional felt like it helped with the entire chain reaction — stress, cravings, sleep, cortisol, bloating and belly pooch.

So while Primal Queen was useful in some ways, it was the least complete product in this test for me.

If your main problem is snacking or appetite, it may still be worth looking at. But for stubborn belly pooch and that heavy, puffy feeling, it finished firmly in fifth place.

Overall Rating: 8.1/10

FINAL VERDICT

Final Verdict: The Clear Winner Was Elional

After testing all 5 products, Elional was the one I would personally keep using — and the one I would recommend first.

Some products helped with one part of the problem. Nello felt decent for general balance. Happy Mammoth helped with post-meal bloating. Calmify was okay for winding down. Primal Queen helped slightly with cravings.

But Elional was the only one that felt like it attacked the entire belly pooch cycle.

Stress. Cortisol. Sleep. Cravings. Puffiness. Bloating. Mood. Energy.

That was the biggest difference.
